I was siked to try this product after watching the long video by Dr. Gundry. I research every product I try, and this one seemed legit. The taste was better than I expected. It's gritty and does not dissolve easily, so I put it in a shaker with ice, and that helped a bit.
As far as the benefits, I honestly feel like I'm more tired when I'm on it. I don't know if that's from the drink, but I do know that it does not energize me. Maybe I do feel less bloating, but it is hard to tell. I did initially lose a couple of pounds, but I am not sure if that's from my better diet.
Overall, I don't feel the benefits promised after a month, but I'm willing to try it another month and then have blood work done to see if there are any improvements internally. If so, I'll continue on it and leave a better review. If no improvements, I'll be done with the product.
By the way, it looks like I have to check if I would recommend to a friend or not. I would like to chose "I'm not sure," but that's not an option, so I'll check yes, to say it's worth a try.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
