I noticed the increased energy after about three days. However, I also have really reduced my intake of sugar, bad carbs and wheat. I also began a 12-week workout regimen that includes cardio, machine and free weights. The combination has really made me feel much better. I originally didn't lose weight, but now I am losing about 2 lbs a week.
The only side effect I can possibly attribute to Vital Reds is loose bowels. I had a few days that I was going to the restroom non-stop, but now I am regular. I take my Vital Reds first thing in the morning either with just water or water and a splash of BAI coconut water. Yummy. The end is a little gritty, but not bad at all. I am on my second jar and am satisfied so far.
