For ten years, I have suffered from afternoon fatigue. This fatigue was severe, and it got to the point where I could not control going to sleep. Then the fatigue spread into the mornings so by 11 am, my head was dropping on my desk.
I had sleep studies performed, and I was getting the 7-10 hours of sleep every night, so I did not have sleep apnea. I was exercising three times per week and could ride a century on a bicycle every other week. I was taking daily supplements, 5-hour energy, probiotics, and B vitamins just to continue to function. Even while riding my bike the urge to sleep was intense.
I started taking Vital Reds, and within a few days, I could feel a difference and after three weeks, the feeling of "I must sleep" was gone. I am now two months on Vital Reds, and with no vitamins or energy drinks, I have no problem working all day without feeling tired.
I read what is in it and I added a few different ingredients to my diet, and I don't know which one triggered the change, but Vital Reds will remain in my diet for a while!
