I have been using this product for a couple of years, and it has done an amazing job with my digestive system. I take two tablets before each meal, and this product has helped me to maintain my weight even though I eat my regular foods without dieting. Also, I have regular bowel movements when before I started taking this supplement I was very constipated and had bowel movements once every 3-4 days.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about BIO X4.
