I would never have believed it, but it happened for me!
I was told by my doctor to cut the carbs and sugar. Oh NO, that wasn't impossible! That is all I live on or want, but she said "this is real, you are pre-diabetic! You have to listen."
That day when I checked my emails, there was a very interesting one from a Dr. Amy Lee all about carbs and sugar, and a new product called BIO X4. After watching a video, I felt I had nothing to lose, and this must be a sign of some kind!
It WORKED. I had no cravings within a few days. And the weight came off because I stopped eating all that junk.
