I started taking BIO X4 a little over a month ago. I also started taking Tumeric and Cumin at the same time, as well as Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with lemon juice in warm water every morning as I took the combination of the vitamins and BIO X4. I have gone down almost two sizes, and people are amazed at how much weight I have lost. I have told several people about this regimen.
