My husband and I both are taking BIO X4 before each meal. I had suffered from acid reflux and took a prescription to help for years. Then, a research study was publicized in the Fall of 2016 saying that the medication I was on might contribute to dementia. I went to a doctor to discuss this, and she took me off the medication. She gave me another that had side effects I just could not handle well since it required me to eat so many uncooked roughage foods with each meal that I tired of that rather quickly. I decided to quit eating the three type foods I am allergic to but still had eaten for years.
Although that helped some, it still was not enough. I had searched for a probiotic to take but found it too confusing to pick one. Then, I viewed the online video about BIO X4 and realized that it just might be the answer since it was taken before each meal since it contained the enzymes needed to digest food from that particular meal. It worked! If I continue to eliminate wheat, eggs, and dairy that I am allergic to, the BIO X4 handles the other foods I eat miraculously. I am thankful I have found this product.
