I purchased three toothbrushes for Christmas. Once I received the replacement brushes three months later, all three brushes did not stay on the toothbrush. Do NOT buy this product. Once you replace the brushes, they fall off. They refuse to provide a return. Do not buy; it's a cheap product.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

However, if it has happened more than once, we need to ensure that it's not an issue caused by a misunderstanding of how the Quip brush head is removed or how the product is used. It is very rare to have one defect, let alone three.

It seemed they were struggling to ascertain which brush had an issue. At no point did anyone refuse a replacement, as we cover your Quips for one year, or for the life of your plan. Our team was only trying to help.
We can assure that Quip is far from a cheap product to make, and it is made using the same materials, manufacturers, testing, and procedures as some of the biggest brands in the world.
