BIO X4 has improved my digestion. I had what I considered poor digestion. I have been working on my improvements to my diet as well. It wasn't until I started using the BIO X4 that I noticed the real consistent improvements. I like the combination of probiotics and digestive enzymes. The appetite suppressant helps as well.
