Since I started taking BIO X4, I feel so much better! I am more focused without any jitters. It's like I'm more focused and more relaxed! The best of both worlds.
My bowel movements are more consistent in frequency and consistency. The surprising benefit that I have found is that I sleep much better!
My husband even has me bring his lunch dose to him at work if he forgets to bring it with him!
