    Great lenses and very receptive to feedback

    Overall Experience:

    There was some miscommunication when I initially subscribed. When I contacted Hubble about it, not only did they refund me but Ben, the founder, contacted me to apologize, let me know that he took my feedback seriously, and did everything he could to rectify the situation. I was glad he did because the contact lenses were GREAT. Customer service has a huge part of running a business. Mistakes and miscommunication happen sometimes, however, Hubble's response to the issue made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Hubble.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Deceptive! Use caution.

    Use caution when ordering from this company.

    I signed up, and on the website, it gives you the option to set the date on when you want to receive your shipment. I specified IMMEDIATELY after subscribing that I wanted to receive shipments every 90 days. When I did that my profile verified it and informed me that I would receive my next shipment on August 29th. I double checked it to be sure because I didn't want them to ship every month.

    Well, even though their website said my shipment was going to be every 90 days, they IGNORED my profile's preference and charged me for another set of contacts 15 days later. When I called to talk to someone, the person I spoke to verified that my next order was not supposed to be until August 29th. But they refused to refund me (even though it was THEIR ERROR) because they'd already shipped the contacts. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the person I spoke to on the phone said I should just email them because all the supervisors were talking to customers who's issues were more important than mine! I had to refuse to hang up for 20 minutes until they finally put a supervisor on the line.

    I ultimately got my refund, but the service was HORRIBLE, and I can no longer trust Hubble, so I canceled my subscription. USE CAUTION. The reviews might all seem positive, but that's because they are deleting negative reviews. I wrote a review the other day, and it was mysteriously gone when I checked back. USE CAUTION, they will take your money, and it will be a major headache to get it back.
