I have struggled with constipation and digestion issues my entire life. I have tried other probiotics, stool softeners, extra fiber, etc. and nothing really worked. I have been taking BIO X4 for about a year now, and it has changed my life. I will not go a meal without it. My mother is now a fan, and it has changed her life too! I recommend it to everyone I know. I am definitely a fan for life.
