I started using BIO X4 about two or so months ago. I have a very aggressive workout routine, have low thyroid, and struggled with losing weight past a threshold. Along with taking BIO X4, I also changed my diet to limit animal protein, certain types of plants (with seeds) and ate more fish, power greens, walnuts, and fruits in season. So far I have lost 12 lbs, am rarely hungry after meals, and have increased energy. My Systolic part of my blood pressure has also decreased as well.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
