    Awful customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Company has corrected this issue after multiple back-and-forth emails and being directed to the management staff. I've changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Awful customer service

    If you plan to open the bag at all and return, reconsider. Trying on the jeans will likely result in the company rejecting your return. For a web-based company which requires in-home trials, the failure of this system is really unbelievable.

    Oh, and don't forget the hidden fees.
