    Some problems

    Overall Experience:

    While I like the fashion styles of StyleWe, I have some problems with other aspects of their products.

    1. Prices. The prices used to be more reasonable, but lately, some prices are unreasonably high.

    2. Quality. Some of the material quality is cheap. I bought a linen product that was see-through and sheer, so I had to return the product since it was unwearable.

    3. Slowness. The shipping delivery and exchange store credits are unreasonably slow. Why does it take two weeks to ship these products from China to California? Why does my store credit take eight business days to post to my account (it is just store credit not a refund through a bank!)?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Our normal delivery time is 2-5 business days of preparing the orders and 7-10 business days of shipping (2 to 3 for express shipping).

      For the items that you are not satisfied with, you are welcome to arrange a return. Purchases can be returned within 30 days since delivery date (except for final sale items and swimwear).

      Also for the refund, normally it takes a week to issue the refund (back to your original payment method or StyleWe account), but if you want us to expedite it, feel free to let us know via email and we will forward it to our financial department to arrange it.

    Ripped off by StyleWe

    Overall Experience:

    I just made a purchase of three items from StyleWe, and in a couple of days they figured out that one of the items was out of stock (why didn't their inventory system provide this information before not after I ordered?). But now they are trying to refund me ONLY the discounted price that is $8 less than the original price that I paid for this item. So they are trying to steal $8 from me for doing absolutely nothing other than misreporting an item being available and in stock when it was not in stock.

    Plus, some of their clothing is cheaply made and I have had to return unwearable clothing items that were (1) too sheer to be worn in public and (2) poorly stitched. Plus the shipping from China takes weeks, and the customer has to pay for returns by themselves. This is a scam, and I am never buying from this company again.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
