    Scam (At the Highest level)

    Overall Experience:

    Several months ago I ordered what was advertised as a "free" shipment of the Probioslim product.

    I called within the specified guideline to cancel all future orders and was advised that no future orders would be issued. Approximately 7-10 days later my credit card was billed and I immediately followed up as well.

    I was then advised that there was no record of my call and I had been billed for future shipments and my order was on the way. I further explained that I was no longer interested and was advised to return the shipment at my expense once it was received and my card would be fully credited.

    It was clearly evident that this was a fraudulent company that I was involved with so I contacted the bank and was advised to close the account of card in order to hinder any future charges. Once the follow up order arrived, I immediately went the Post Office and had the item shipped back to the warehouse. (This was approximately 06/02/2015).

    I was issued a receipt regarding the tracking of the item but within another week or so my account was credited and I have since discarded the receipt. Now (3) three months later the company is attempting to scam me again.

    Unfortunately the USPS was unable to provide me with a duplicate copy of the receipt but they did agree to accept a formal complaint from me and file a complaint regarding mail fraud. I was advised that a USPS Inspector would be assigned my complaint and hopefully the company would be issued formal charges.

    I am also scheduled to meet with the local (BBB) Better Business Bureau on next week to discuss a formal complaint regarding the company's attempts at distribution in the Memphis venue as well.

    I have learned my lesson and employ anyone reading this to never participate in these shipping scams again!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
