To be very honest, there have been a few times I have missed taking Lectin Shield.
I am in the process of learning how to make better, nutritious meals for myself and my sister who lives with me. I really don't like to cook so this will be a learning experience.
I have noticed in the short time I have been taking the Lectin Shield my digestion seems to be not so "crampy." In addition, my appetite is not so "voracious."
I look forward to getting better with this. It does not interfere with the medication I take for my MS.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
