I ordered the package deal, but it made my skin break out. I called and cancelled by three weeks, but they still took out a payment for the next month and sent the product. I had the cancellation email they sent me. I complained, then the next month they took out the payment and sent no product. I am trying to talk to someone and getting anywhere is useless. I had to cancel my charge card to get them to stop charging me.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I had problems with cancellation as well. A payment was taken after I canceled. I'm calling them to get a return label so I can return products and get a refund.
If you find that they are giving you the runaround, just ask to speak to a supervisor and let them know that you're going to write a letter to the attorney general regarding this matter. That usually works in your favor.
Don't pay to return the product. They'll send the return label to you and they'll give you a number to put on the box to make sure you're payment will be credited to you.
