I say "good" because I have no reason to believe it's bad, but I don't know what to look for. I've dropped lectins from my diet and take it only when I eat something that's questionable, or eat out and learn ingredients like green and red peppers, let's say, were used in cooking. But I have no way of measuring the effectiveness of Lectin Shield.
