    Horrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Hubble is the only place I know of that doesn't provide an invoice with their shipment. You have to contact them EACH month to get your receipt. In this day and age when many are using their flexible health spending account, this takes away the convenience of automatic shipments. I canceled last month and received another shipment. I had to call again to unsubscribe. Customer service hours are limited and obviously being transferred to local homes as I could barely hear the representative with the screaming toddler in the background.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
