    Fraudulently charging for product not received!

    Overall Experience:

    This outfit is a complete rip-off. After less than one month the company charged my bank account over $74.00 for a product that we never received. When I called, I was told that I clicked on some area that spells out the terms and conditions of their charges and was refused a refund. This is odd because I did NOT order the product online, I ordered it via a text message. I hung up on the first uncooperative rep (Operator 303 - very rude person!) and I called back. After sitting on hold for several minutes, the rep came back on the phone and told me his supervisor gave the okay for an immediate refund. We shall see if the product ever arrives (you can bet it will be returned) and we shall see if we are issued that refund.

    It is beyond unethical to charge for something that you never receive and further be charged when I never approved those charges or any future orders. Again it was ordered via text message and not in a website with click thru capability.

    I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction on Nugenix's part and will be posting to every website I can to warn people to STAY AWAY from this company! I am extremely angry and upset that anybody can randomly take my checking account information and charge over $74.00 for a product that was never received!

    Buyer beware. I had to rate it as one star because there is no zero stars option. Otherwise, the rating would be a zero.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
