I purchased both the Vital Reds and Primal Plants. Not sure how to take both. I have decided to drink Vital Reds in the morning and Primal Plants at night or in the afternoon. I don't think either of them is designed to be a meal replacement, but I am not as hungry when I take them.
I take several supplements such as turmeric, vitamin D, and magnesium, plus multiple vitamins. I think I should be able to give up some of these supplements. I need some direction.
Initially, I felt more energetic after drinking the Vital Reds. I have only been using these products for a little over two weeks. So far, I have not lost any weight, which is disappointing. However, I am not sure that I am using them correctly or have given them enough time.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
