I found Dr. Gundry's video on the benefits of all the ingredients in Vital Reds product very informative. Since I like to hydrate after my hot yoga class and don't care for plain water, I ordered a tub to try! I usually use Ultima or Emergen C, but the ingredients are a lot less effective than this product. I feel energized and, well, healthy, and like the taste too. I went on to order a case of six. Great value!
