I am on my third jar of Vital Reds. I initially purchased the product to get the weight loss nutrients and polyphenols as in the story of the man you talked about taking all of those diet pills. I'm overweight about 60 lbs and have had a steady loss of ambition and energy for about five years. I'm soon to be 62 years young in October.
Until recently, I have not noticed a lot of change until I began drinking it once in the am and another glass in the pm when I get home from work. My energy has returned, and I'm not just sitting around. I have also quit coffee after 50 years of enjoying and later needing it to prevent headaches. No headaches, no coffee, more energy, I just need to feed my body right.
This stuff is the right start, I just need more of it. I have a slight varicose vein on my right calf where a small bulge had arisen wondering if it would surface and break open. This had faded also. It is still there slightly but has shrunken where I don't worry about it. The skin on my face is much clearer as well. I will continue to take it twice daily. I do not know how much is too much. Maybe you can elaborate there.
