This has been very promising for me as I feel better and seem to have more energy. I was out of work for over a year due to back surgery and was trying to get a boost to help me get back to work. I discovered Vital Reds and it took about two weeks, and then I started to have more energy, started to go to the gym, to walk and swim, and now I am back to work, and I do believe this product was a big help to get me there.
