I was so pleased with Dr. Gundry's latest book, The Plant Paradox, that I have been on his recommended food lifestyle now for four months and am so healthy and happy with the results. I recently decided to try Vital Reds and love the product. It saves me buying many different vitamins and minerals, etc. and makes my daily requirements for water more interesting to add the great flavor. The dietary side effects of weight loss of the diet are appreciated as I have now stabilized at my correct weight.
