I have been using Vital Reds now for about eight weeks. I have noticed an overall increase in my energy level. Also, have noticed an increase in my skins appearance.

This product mixes very easily in water and is a tasty drink. I also use about six cubes of ice in a blender bottle to increase the overall mixing.

I can't say enough about how much better I feel using the vital Reds and the Prebiothrive together every morning. I no longer need to use a laxative as it had become a necessary part of my everyday regimen. Both of these products have taken care of that problem.

I am anxious to start the newest product Heart Defense which is due to ship August 11th!

So glad I stumbled upon Dr. Gundry's products.
