Since having gone through chemotherapy and radiation and numerous surgeries, six to be exact, my immune system was ruined, and I had no energy. My digestion system is still in the process of getting back to my old self. Thanks to this product I am feeling better, but it is still a work in progress. I also enjoy the Vital Reds each day, and I plan to continue using these products. It's a winner Dr. Gundry.
