I like the taste. To be honest, I blend Vital Reds, Heart Defense and Prebiothrive together to make a very tasty drink! It helps me get through the day, and I feel like I am getting a nice treat during the day. Since I gave up any added sugar, I am very grateful that they use Stevia for a sweet taste.
