I can't tell the specific benefits from Primal Plants because I am also using Vital Reds and Prebiothrive at the same time, plus enjoying Phase 2 of The Plant Paradox Program!
So far I have dropped over 10 lbs, osteopenia has resolved, sleep better, feel less anxious and depressed, don't take naps as a general rule, cholesterol panel is perfect, visceral fat dropped from 9 to 7, BMI in a normal range, etc.! Plus I am trying like crazy to share this program with others who can benefit from being healthier!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
