My daughter and I tried Primal Plants and saw glowing skin and minimized break outs. This is our first time trying it and would say that improvements took place and my daughter (who's 16 and facing acne problems) loves it, and now that we finished the product, she's been asking me if I already ordered. I am in the process of ordering more also for my nieces who are facing acne problems too. Hopefully, this answers the chronic skin problems.
