I am 72 years old, have no children, and travel most of the time!
In the past I ran out of energy and was wondered if it was just because of becoming older.
In the classroom for over 40 years, my stamina started to wane, but lately I sleep longer, feel rested and then wake up with the eagerness to pursue the things I love doing. Now I am a published author, love biking and walking, and feel my life so improved.
