I have been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for approximately 7-10 days now. I take the two products in a 16 oz glass first thing in the morning prior or after having breakfast.
The pleasant taste makes it easy to consume. I am taking a probiotic from another company right now but plan on introducing Dr. Gundry's probiotic once done with existing one.
I have way more energy since I started taking these products. I no longer suffer from acid reflux and do not crave sweets anymore. I am expecting to see my scale go down.
I am glad I took the chance on these products as I have more vim and vigor these days.
