Overall, I religiously prepare two glasses each morning for my wife and I with positive results. The mixing procedure of the Vital Reds and Prebiotic is challenging but doable. My wife does have difficulty drinking it all and having the rest of her breakfast though. The taste is very good and does go down easily after thoroughly mixed.
