I just began using the product about two weeks or so.
I was encouraged immediately by the great smell, as soon as I opened the container. The flavor was just as nice. I'm noticing feeling less hungry during the day, and a two-pound decrease so far, so I'm going to finish this first batch to see how much I can lose in a month or two.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
