I confess, when I stirred up that greenish liquid, I was a little worried that Primal Plants might be a little hard to get down. Imagine my delight when it was absolutely delicious!
It is so simple now, to get the right nutrition. Between Vital Reds, Heart Defense and Primal Plants, I am actually enjoying drinking the water my doctor has been encouraging me to drink. Great nutrition, simple to mix, wonderful to enjoy, and the satisfaction of knowing I'm doing something great for my gut health.
I feel energized, and I'm not reaching for snacks between meals. I'm reaching for the car keys and hitting the gym! Thanks for the inspiration Dr. Gundry!
