I want to say that I normally do not get the results from these products that they say you will. I started out by drinking this twice a day for the first week. Then once a day in the mornings.
I purchased this product for one reason, I have had problems with my stomach for years and have found nothing to help, including prescriptions. When they talked about putting the good bacteria back in your intestines, I thought I would give it a try. Not only am I seeing an improvement in my belly, but I am getting other benefits as well. I have not been on it for a long time yet, but am thrilled with how I am already feeling. I believe the secret is not missing a day. I can't wait for the next few months to go by so I can see how I feel then.
This is the first time I have bought a product that I am excited and feel like I have not wasted my money. Not only is my tummy starting to feel better, but I have more energy, and I quit wearing any makeup. And even my hair is getting healthier. I have not lost a lot of weight yet, but that's because I can actually eat food and it stays with me instead of running right thru me. My indigestion is improving also. I am sleeping better because of that, so it's just making a difference in ways I would not have thought of. I have to have a full knee replacement in November, so I am hoping it will help with my recovery. We will see.
