I have tried this for a month one time daily to start my day. I never lost any weight, and my energy level didn't change. Maybe I should have done it two times a day instead of one? After my free trial was over, they had already shipped me three more jars.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

While many of our customer see changes in their body within 30 days, it can often take up to 90 days for others. We do not recommend increasing your dosage, past what is printed on the jar prior to consulting your physician. Please keep in mind, we never offer “free trials” of product. Sounds as if you may have accidently enrolled in our monthly subscription service. This is a completely optional feature that I would be more than happy to opt you out of.
