I asked someone up in New York but I was told it would take about two days. I couldn't afford to lose two days since I was on a road trip to Florida. I needed my phone and didn't want to buy a new one, so I went to another cellphone repair shop in Florida, and I was told that they don't have the proper "channels" for the service provider (chatR - a Rogers company in Canada).
