I've tried many different weight products. I've tried Weight Watchers, low-carb diets, Slim-Fast, Phentermine, you name it. It is really difficult for me to lose weight because of my medical condition, which is why this natural pill works so well for me. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my muscles, called myasthenia gravis, which makes it very difficult for me to do physical activity. In addition, the steroids that I take cause me to gain a lot of weight. I have not had any side effects, and I've lost inches. They are also correct when they say it helps to cut out cravings for bad food. I'm not sure if it's the pills or if because changing your eating habits helps your body realize the bad foods you were in taking were not great for you, therefore, they become less appealing to eat, and you no longer yearn for it.
