Worst customer service ever. Received faulty applicator and they refused to provide a replacement. I was told the applicator was a new addition and not necessary. Since they are now providing applicators, someone must have felt it was necessary. Additionally, if it is being included with all new orders, I should have received a workable version. Also, directions provided were only for use with the applicator. For the high cost, I would have expected better service. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have purchased.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
