    One Two Lash

    Defective, will not go on. Horrible customer service.

    Overall Experience:

    I bought a pair after seeing the segment on the Today Show. It finally showed up after four months waiting. I had to contact them to see why it was taking so long.

    When it finally arrived, I could not get it to go on. After several attempts, I asked my husband to apply it for me. He couldn't get it to work either. I gave it several tries multiple days after watching their tutorial three times. It doesn't work.

    I called to tell them it was defective and I wanted a full refund. They said ok and they'd send the refund info with return shipping label via email. That never happened, so I called to tell them I didn't get the return label as promised. They told me they changed their mind after speaking to a supervisor. What?! They then said as a one-time courtesy they'd send me another pair, the "bold" because it's longer, "easier to handle" and to do whatever I wanted with the defective pair. I told them I would rather get my refund. They didn't give me a choice. Since it was defective and useless to me, I threw it out.

    Long story short, they do not honor their product or promises for a refund. You are stuck with whatever they send. The second pair did come in (arrived quicker than the first set) but does not work either. To make matters worst, they sent me an INVOICE!

    By the way, it looks super fake and super difficult to apply as well. Don't waste your time or money. Deceptive practices! You have to pay to send it back, and that's not a guarantee they'd refund you. Poor customer service and empty promises. No thank you!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
