I purchased an unlock code for a Galaxy S6 on Vidéotron carrier. Cellunlocker processed the order, but upon reception, the site was unable to provide an estimated time for an unlock code. I waited for three days, and after that time I ended up receiving another email stating that they could unlock using another method that involved a direct connection to a PC and the device through USB. I was skeptical at first and ended up waiting for two weeks before finally deciding to do it.
