I am a 51 years old women and 5'4'' tall. I used to weigh within 130 lbs most of my life. I started to take it as soon as I received the package. In order to follow the proper protocol of taking these capsules, I put an alarm for 4 o'clock in the morning so I could have enough and even more time for that to work. I continued very patiently for one month (even though it was so difficult to swallow these huge capsules), and as a result, I have very bad heartburn, bloating, feel like my skin is swollen, and the joints started to feel some pain.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
