From day one, I had more energy. I also noticed a skin rash reaction-flush as I drank all at once. I decided to drink it slowly and add more water to my one scoop a day. It's been ten days, and I lost 5 lbs, have more energy and feel bubbly (don't know how else to explain it). Looking forward to experiencing more positive elements from this product.
