I have used the product and will continue to. The taste is somewhat bitter, so I have not enjoyed the taste as much as I have the Vital Reds. I kind of look to eating the Primal Plants like I would a medicine I don't really want to take. I have not used it as much as I have intended to, but am seeing positive outcomes with the Gundry products and will continue to use it as vital and life-saving.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
