So far, I can't really tell anything yet, but I enjoy the taste. I will stay on it. I hope to see results and I'm not going to give up. I started this in Peoria, Arizona and I'm back home now in Nebraska and my family says they've seen my stomach shrinking and my skin glowing, and I'm letting them all know that I take the Primal Plans and the berry berry red.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
