Dr. Gundry has come up with a formulation that I feel covers many nutrients I may be lacking in my diet even though I eat healthfully. It's tasty and easy to take. I have had many green powder type products, but I think this one is the best of the bunch and is compliant with the Plant Paradox. My body feels better all around.
