Actually, the product is excellent. I normally drink juice, and now I haven't been because of similar results taking Primal Plants. The reason I gave it a 4-star rating and not a 5 was because of the marketing behind Dr. Gundry. Very money-oriented. But the product is excellent, especially if combined with the Vital Reds.
