I got Primal Plants free with my last Vital Reds order. I am mixing the two for a breakfast drink and feel I have more energy during the day. I am also taking two other supplements so is difficult to evaluate effects of only one supplement. I have been treated for rheumatoid arthritis for many years with multiple meds, including methotrexate. Since starting the diet and supplements, I have experienced increased flexibility and less pain. I am impressed with the results.
